Warranty Policy (for Retail Item Only)

1. Return and Exchange policy is only within a 7-day period from the date of purchase. The receipt must be presented as proof of purchase.

2. Every electrical product is warranted to be free of defects from workmanship and materials; in the exception of products labeled AS IS. The buyer affirms to accept the condition of such products upon purchase.

3. Should any product defect or malfunction occur during the one-month period, the COMPLETE product should be returned for inspection and defect verification to the HMR Trading Haus store where the purchase was made, along with the proof of purchase.

4. Branded Items like: Delichef, Schaffen Aptus, Kuhlen, Eco Habit, Gastrochef, Swiss Military, Zeus and Wilmington are covered with a 1-Year warranty. Warranty cards along with the proof of purchase should be presented.

5. If inspection shows that malfunction/problem is caused by defective workmanship or material, HMR RETAIL HAUS INC. will either repair or if repair is not possible, replace the product with or without minimal fees.

6. This warranty does not apply to products or accessories where:
- Alterations or Repairs have been made and/or attempted by the customer.
- Cause of complaint is caused by normal wear and tear due to the product’s lifespan.
- The product has been abused, mishandled, improperly maintained, or operated.
