HR MANAGER

Contributes to organizational effectiveness by managing the ff. functions that are provided to all companies within the group: Organizational Development and Training, Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment & Placement, and Employee Relations

We are looking for a highly experienced HR Executive who is strong in the areas of Organization Development with a focus on Performance Management, Succession Planning, Job Evaluation and other facets of HR.

Qualification:

  • College Graduate with a degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or any related degree

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Purchasing Account Executive/s purchase a wide range of products and services for the company and help the organization attain it’s set objectives and financial goals. He/she should demonstrate good analytical, communication and negotiation skills, and effective teamwork.

Job Role and Responsibilities

  • Met and exceed monthly quotas by maintaining a healthy purchase pipeline and following up consistently.
  • Sourcing of potential suppliers/leads for quotation tender through the internet, cold calls and referrals from the regular/old clients.
  • Conduct ocular visit to check the actual condition of products and services to ensure that the possible transaction may be acquired from this lead will be worthy and profitable for the company.

MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (MIS) ANALYST

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS) databases.
  • Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Provide recommendations to update current MIS (databases) to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
  • Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis.
  • Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team.
  • Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.

ELECTRO MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

  • Align, fit, and assemble component parts for any generators and electric and dynamic equipment, using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, templates, and microscopes.
  • Analyze and record test results, and prepare written testing documentation for the site condition and the required installation of the power supply “Generator”.
  • Inspect parts for surface defects.
  • Install electrical and electronic parts and hardware in generators with different capacity or assemblies, using soldering equipment and hand tools.
  • Read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical orders to determine methods and sequences of assembly and the installation work.
  • Repair, rework, and calibrate hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies and systems to meet operational specifications and tolerances.
  • Test performance of electromechanical assemblies, using test instruments such as oscilloscopes, electronic voltmeters, and bridges.
  • Verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments.
  • Develop, test, and program new robots.
  • Operate metalworking machines to fabricate housings, jigs, fittings, and fixtures.
  • Train others to install, use, and maintain all kind of generators with different capacity

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Encode data on company’s software system based on company standards following the company’s Item Naming Convention.
  • Encode SRP and create barcode stickers.
  • Encode correct quantity in the system by counter-checking actual items and double check physical items vs data encoded.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least one (1) year working experience in related field is required for this position.
  • At Least six (6) months work experience specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
  • Knowledge in MS Office
  • Typing speed: 30 wpms
