Job Title:   Account Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Represents HMR when meeting with current and prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain a sustained relationship with each client by providing excellent customer service.
  • Prospecting aggressively to gain new clients i.e. networks or telemarketing.
  • Negotiate purchases, delivery and consignment agreements with clients
  • Gain a clear understanding of customer’s business and requirements to match with HMR products and services.
  • Collect market information of new products and market activities
  • Provide business analysis and report as required: competitive, marketing, trends, forecasts, P/L goals.
  • Meeting the assigned quota per month.
  • Ensure effective execution of sales, purchases and projects through market research and extensive account follow-up and management.
  • Set up appointment with various contacts to introduce programs and services offered by HMR and its affiliates and give formal presentations.

Job Title:   Sales Consultant

Job Descriptions:

  • Reports directly to the Branch Manager of the assigned branch.
  • Conducts daily inspection of the shop floor.
  • Responsible for ensuring Visual Merchandising Supervisor accomplishes the job assignment.
  • Responsible for the assignment of fair sales target and ensures achievement of the team’s sales quota.
  • In charge with forecasting and developing realistic and fair annual sales quotas for the branch; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Ensures that shop floor standards are maintained. Shop floor standard refers to the environment where the customer can make an informed decision.
  • Accomplishes the Daily Inspection Sheet.
  • Implements all sales promos and Maximize profit while minimizing costs through cost efficient promotions and ads in the branch.
  • Conducts team briefing everyday (Daily Huddle).
  • Ensures that the incentive scheme comes alive through repetition, explanation, and adding excitement to it.
  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
  • Ensures that the Clean, Care, and Repair program is implemented.
  • Ensures delivery and implementation of the Meet and Greet program.
  • Ensures product demos are done on the shop floor.
  • Maintains “The One File”.
  • Deputizes for the Branch Manager / Admin Manager.
  • Conducts or facilitates product trainings.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

  • In-charge with the entire till point transactions, including revenues and refunds.

  • Provides proper assistance and training to sales consultants on trouble-shooting and the repair of machines with complicated problems.
  • Assists customers in testing electronic items.

Job Description:

  • Works within the framework of the overall objective of HMR ;
  • Provides services in the area of timekeeping, recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits and training and development;
  • Assesses the training and development requirements and the training needs of staff to ensure that the training provided reflects the overall strategy of the business;
  • Supports line managers in managing their staff in line with HR best practice;
  • Provides a HR ‘help desk’ facility to both staff and management;
  • Provides orientation on existing HR policies and practices ;
  • Ensures that all new employees are inducted into the organization and receive an induction programme in all services.
  • Coordinates with Recruitment (SSU) for all manpower needs
